  1. the british hotel or phoenicia...get a room with view of grand harbour  wow...!!

  2. i am from malta

i suggest either the phoenecia or else the the excelsior grand hotel in valletta

the phonecia is in the centre of valletta its a classical richly decorated hotel an the excelsior is a newly opened hotel

    Excelsior:

    Phoenicia

If u decide to stay at valletta i suggest you go to AlMare restaurant it is just down the road to both hotels.

Sliema is just as central as Valletta, but if u do not plan to hire a car i suggest u stay at valletta as the majority of buses in malta depart from valletta.

Anyway a nice hotel i suggest in sliema is

Le Meridien St. Julians Hotel & Spa

    Diplomat Hotel

    The Fortina Hotel, Sliema

    or else

If u choose this hotel make sure u try their Asian restaurant its excellent

  3. Hi - i love Malta and i can reccommend some good hotels:

3 star - The Marina Hotel, Sliema, Set on the Tigne seafront, this modern Sliema hotel is spread over eight storeys and is located three kilometres from Valletta and eight kilometres from Mdina, the old capital.

The Osborne Hotel, Valletta, Set in the centre of Valletta, this hotel is housed in a traditional property with a stuccoed façade and is located 600 metres from the historic Grandmaster’s Palace

4 star - The Fortina Hotel, Sliema, Set in tropical gardens overlooking the waterfront, this resort hotel is 400 metres from both Sliema town centre and the cruise departure point.(I strongly reccommend, it has a lovely pool)

The Park Hotel, Sliema, Modern hotel located just off the waterfront, 150 metres from the beach, 500 metres from Sliema Strand, and six kilometres from the capital, Valletta. There's lots of Marble, and the old architecture is great.

The Preluna Hotel & Spa, Sliema, This high-rise tower is located on the seafront at Sliema, just five kilometres from Malta’s capital city, Valletta. Rooms are large, and pool looks exotic.

5 star - If you can stretch - The Hotel Phoenicia, Valletta, is the most well known in Malta, set in seven acres of landscaped gardens and 16th-century bastions, this palatial Valletta hotel overlooks the harbour, 200 metres from a private beach.

Hope i helped, please email me if you need more ideas or any info
