Anyone know a restaurant in singapore that has pipes all over????

i saw a restaurant on tv 2 yrs back....this restaurant has pipes all over and in every table ..u can write a note and put it in this lil ball and it can be send to any table in the restaurant via the pipes

not too sure what type of pipes you talking abt?but you can try 88db site for list of restaurants that you can try
