  1. Cabbies are always a good resource. You can take a "Stadtrundfahrt" (city tour) with any taxi. Most cabbies speak English. In Frankfurt, there is a tram called the 'Ebbelwoi Express'. Basically, this is a trolly tour that you can ride all day if you wish, on which is served the local favorite - Apple wine. It's fun. Finally, check out the local entertainment and dining guide "Journal Frankfurt" for the latest available tours and activities. Frankfurt is not considered a tourist city, but it's a fun place. I lived there for a long time and it's always worth a visit. Just stay out of the red light district at night.

  2. I can't recommend a certain person, but try this:

When you are in the answers sites scroll all the way down to the different country's flags. Than pick the German site. And post your question there. That will give your text exposure to the local People there. And most of them speak English so don't worry about writing in in English. If you need anything translated I'll help (I'm bilingual)
