Anyone know a website that makes cover letters ?

Can't you type it out yourself?

All you need are the date and your own address (which presumably you know) typed on the top right hand corner (use a text box in MS Word and move it to the top right hand corner), the receipient's name and address below that on the left hand side, a "Dear Sir/Madam", the subject of your correspondence (ie: "Re: Payment of Invoice"), and the text of your letter. Just be short and to the point (like "Please find enclosed a cheque for £110.99 as payment for your invoice number 1234 dated 23rd of September 2007."), and sign off with a "Your Sincerely".

No websites needed.

MS word has them

GO to Tools > Letters and Mailings > Letter Wizard

and you get the basic letter style.

I am sure you can do the rest yourself
