Anyone know a workout routine?

does anyone have a good work out routine that they have tried that really works that doesnt cost money? have you come up with your own and it has worked for you please let me know?

  2. well i worked and still work with what i have wich is light dumbells and a ex curl bar

    do  bicep curl

    reverse curls

    concentration curls

    tricep extentions

    tricep kickbacks

    deadlifts

    lunges

    squats

    calf raises

    wrist curls

    military press

    butterflies

    bench press

    sit ups

    leg raises

    torso twists

    side bends

    about 5 sets of 10 and a protein drink after the workout

    the next day is rest for the msucles and i do 20 minutes of jumprope or 40 minutes on the treadmill and eat healthy

    ive lost 35 pounds of fat and gained 15 pounds of muscle in a short time

    also if you dotn have weights you could do

    sit ups

    leg raises

    side bends and torso twists

    squats and calf raises

    push ups

    dips
