  1. Kentucky Revised Statutes  (KRS) Chapter 199.00 includes the statutes regarding adoptions.  Sections .470 - .590 are the sections in the chapter that specifically address adoption.  Repealed sections are included.

They can be found here, about 1/2-way down the page:

    http://www.lrc.ky.gov/KRS/199-00/CHAPTER...

    Hope this helps!

  2. what are you asking...i was adopted in the state of ky..it sounds as though the adopted family for whatever reason cut off contact..and although that sucks they have that right..i dont know what sunrise childrens service is as i called the adoption agency in the capital when i was trying to find where my birth mother was buried...and i asked at that time if my sibs had tried to find me and she said no...

after i found my siblings...i asked my sister about her adopted sister and why the contact was cut off with her mother this was all info the agency gave me minus any names mind you..and she said their adopted mother was crazy and did it for no reason...if you want to talk about anything else feel free to email me...i have that number for the agency in my adoption box...
