  2. Pow (Siu Pow) might be a Filipino pronunciation of Sui Bao.

Char Sui Bao is a steamed bun filled with Chinese style bbq pork.

    It's very good.

  3. I never heard of that, but I wonder if you might be referring to an Indian dish called Pau Bhaji. Basically, it's curried vegetables served on European type bread (not the usual flat breads commonly used in Indian cooking). Very spicy and kind of salty. Usually not quite as hot as some other Indian dishes, but that depends on how much hot pepper is used by the cook. It usually has a lot of potatoes in it; I like it a lot.

Sometimes a bread dough is cooked in the pan together with the spices and vegetables, but I think that's usually called "sail bread" or something like that. I'm not sure how to spell it.

  4. I think you are talking about the buns in Dim Sum.  Usually they will be steamed.  They can be just plain or they can be stuffed with may be BBQ pork or chicken.  Some of the Chinese restaurants might fried it.

Pow can also be the Hong Kong style buns with all different types of stuffing inside.  They can be sweet or not.

    They all taste good.
