Hi I live in seychelles too, and yes, there is a travel agent called Sea Shell Travel, and they are official agents to sell tickets to games world wide. I have personally purchased tickets there before. They are a travel agent and many people do that in other countries. The reason its via a travel agent is for we are that small of a nation that we don't have a place that sells tickets to concerts and so on for we don't have that many shows to go to. Claims to be based in the seychelles , presumably to avoid the prohibitions on reselling football tickets in the UK

Hides its real location using an anonymiser service - any business (as opposed to individual) using such services has to be treated with caution as there is little reason for a business to hide its address.
