I have had bouts of one sided headaches for the last 6 months or so...ranging from mild to severe. Right now I'm in to day 12 of a constant/chronic mild headache. I have had a CT scan and lumbar puncture and anything serious has been ruled out. I'm a regular gym user and lift weights three times a week and the headache gets more intense when I lift. I'm now convinced that the problem lay in the nerve/muscle cluster in my neck where it meets my skull. If I push in to this area firmly, my the pain becomes pretty intense....although not in the neck area...the pain intensifies up the right/backside of my head and across my right temple. I'm a fit and otherwise health 27 y/o male. Anyone have any ideas?(I'm posting this under a few topics so please excuse the multiple posts if you come across them)
