Anyone know about outdoor painting?

I primered my new storage room in Dec.07 but never got around to painting it.We've had hardly any rain,less than 10in. since.Is it ok to paint it now or do I need to apply another coat of primer first?

I would prime it again. Just to be sure. I hated painting my garage. I left mine just primed and painted the next fall. It chipped away. Grrrrr. the paint store said you should paint after priming within 10 days.

But that was because my primer was on the cheap side
