Anyone know about visitation rights in jail?

my boyfriend recently went to jail and he wants me to go visit him well apparently you have to be intermediate family to visit within the two weeks they are in jail. and he has only been in for a week or so. well i went up there and they said i couldn't see him cause i wasn't family. but i guess he doesn't know that. i am on his visitation list and can see him in two weeks but im think he may give up on me and think i dont want to see him but the question is once they fill out there visitation list can he take me off the list and i wont be able to see him?

You can't be worried about the competition, have one of his family members who is visiting him give him the rundown of the situation, or wait two weeks and tell him yourself. I think he'll wait...

Why would you want to go to a jail and be pat searched and abused by jail guards into a common no body from them telling you what to do, when to talk.

He can change the list anytime he wants to.As far as being family, they are not goingt to do a formal investigation, just say you are kin.

You are worried that some con is not going to want to see you??

Honey prisoners are NOT turning down visits I do not care if you do not show up for a year When you do he Will take that visit

Not to mention he will be on the phone and mailing asking where you were all this week

What you should be doing is finding a real man and Not some guy who wants you wasting your time being put through the c**p you go through to visit someone in jail let alone soon he will be running up the phone bill with calls and than asking you for money for his account

\Is that what you want from life??

To spend the rest of your life  visiting and supporting a jail bird?

In time kids will come and than you get to drag them along and go through the searches with them to YES they do search diapers etc Nothing gets past them.

Is that really the life you have planned??
