Anyone know an elite sprinters' workout (weight training)?

Anyone know of a site that can provide one? I'm training for the 100 and 200 meters' and I would like to explore other training workouts.

The best workouts for your legs are workouts that don't require you to move your feet when you train without running, but a great workout is the classic tire drag, where you tie a tire to rope and tie the rope around you and drag the tire. It's supposed to help your explosiveness and the WAY you run gets better...

    2. Take a **** load of steriods -(used by everyone else)

    actually in all seriousness, like the other guy said, get a strong resistance training band and tie in around ur waist, get someone to hold onto the ends and do some sets of 10m runs with the other guy holding you down. not only does it strengthen ur legs and help ur explosiveness, but it helps you reach your max leg height. In other words when using the band if your legs aren't going high enough there wont be very much stretch if they are going too high then the band will push you backwards so by doing the it the right way you will find out how high ur legs should go when sprinting.

  4. Pack your bags and head for Jamaica, you'll receive a Bolt of experience.
