Anyone know any good FREE [freeware] vob./DVD to WMV converter I could download ?

I've got a DVD [vob.] file that I'd like to convert to WMV and then I'd like to put it into Windows MovieMaker and edit it but I don't know any free converters that I could use, I've been searching for one all day but can't find any, if anyone knows any good DVD/WMV converters please do tell thanks :)

Handbrake is a nice free dvd converter, go and google search for it. Then you can use SUPER to convert the ripped file to WMV video.

I know a very good video converter that is Nidesoft video converter. it is not free but it is very cheap. i use a free software before but some problems always occur then I chang to use this software and it works well for me. I think the little money spent on it worth.
