My favorite site is www.wireless-apps.net but I'd also recommend www.mobihand.com.

Handango.com is another option as mentioned but typically not rated highly by most users.

Handango is a very good site. http://www.handango.com/SoftwareCatalog....

You put in what device you have and it will show you ONLY the software that will work with it. They don't have much free stuff, but the nice thing about most Pocket PC software is that it comes with a free trial, so you don't have to spend the money to find out you bought some junky software.

Also lots of screen shots, reviews, and links to the developer's sites.
