anything, by the sweatshop union ( best would be "the thing about it" or "cut back (since june)") those songs are always used in biking movies.

But if you want to be super revved up for spinning class, then go try some heavy metal like slayer or even a death metal band regardless of your tastes in music, it will help a lot with the metal genre.
