Anyone know any good websites about alternative fuel vehicles?

Use Google  or yahoo search to search for information, wikipedia is also  good.The key is knowing what to search for

. The most interesting alternate fuels to look at right now are bio diesel which is diesel fuel made from vegetable oil.   and cellulosic ethanol.

You may read bad things about corn ethanol but cellulosic  ethanol is made differently and will probably become an important alternate fuel in the next few years. Celulosic Ethanol can be mixed with gasoline up to 15% in any modern car and up to 85% if the car is modified with a 50 dollar part. The fuel is made from waste material such as garbage,  sewage or waste wood.

Diesel engines get 40% better fuel efficiency and will get better MPG than gas powered hybrids in most driving. Diesel hybrids will be a big improvement over todays gasoline powered hybrids, also look into "plug in hybrids"

Compressed air powered cars are interesting, electrics have not improved much the past dozen years because nobody has built a really good battery.

Most 250CC motorcycles will get 80MPG or so.

environmental tech 1 and 2 have good stuff on it

one had something on a car that runs on compressed air.

I still think electric is the way to go though.
