anyone have any info on the boxing and martial arts gym in west bridgewater mass? Im thinkin about joinin it but i wanna make sure it isnt a joke.

your question sounds like a joke. boxing and mma are both included within martial arts. mma is obvious just look at its name. mixed martial arts, duh. Also boxing and mma are completely different and don't compare to each other. Think of comparing fishing to shooting deer. both are hunting but are completely different. Before you join anywhere you need to understand what you are talking about. do some reading online about boxing, kick-boxing, grappling, and wrestling. Then pick one. If you want to learn mma then great go for it. mma is the most complete style of empty hand fighting there is. If you want to learn to box then go for it. Boxing is the martial art of punching.
