  1. There is a outdoor, public park on the third floor, with a fountain shaped like a rose, made of broken Delft pottery (the expensive stuff) dedicated to Lillian Disney.


  2. The reflective paneling on the building had to made less reflective through sanding because the glare off of the mirror-like panels was shining into nearby condos, spiking temperatures in the houses and creating 138 degree hotspots in certain spots.

    (If you think it got hot on the sidewalk, imagine being one of the people hired to stand on a ladder by the building to sand the panels!)
