Anyone know any jobs that pay under the table in Tallahassee, FL?

I need to know if there are any jobs that are suitable for me and my boyfriend. He's looking for jobs that are more physical labor than mental labor... like he'd rather have a construction job than being a cashier all day? I don't know any other way to explain than that. And I'm just looking for like a waitressing job.

There are corners where people shape up for off the books construction jobs,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you have to walk around and look........look in the morning........

Most local bars have waitresses and bartenders off the books..........once again walk around and look..........
