I'm looking for songs either about or just mentioning drinking rum. All I can ever find are songs about/mentioning whiskey.

Any British sailor's song or shanty is meant for rum drinking, as until last century every sailor in the British Navy was given a daily ration of rum.

And there's RLS's famous "Fifteen men on the Dead Man's Chest, Yo ho ho! and a bottle of rum.  Drink and the Devil had done for the rest, Yo ho ho! and a bottle of rum."
