  1. I have been an IBO with ITV Ventures for a year now. I am going to tell you my experience with this company. This is the same experience the other 10 IBO's $165 or $499 to sign up, then you pay $99 per year as an IBO, $29.95 per month for fees. You also have to maintain $100 in personal volume per month or you have to buy $100 in product yourself.

This is where the company gets shady...

You either get customers on your own or you can buy them from ITV. If you choose to buy them from ITV, each customer costs $25 and you receive $15 per month each month the customer reorders a product. The catch with this is that ITV keeps 1 to 3 months of the orders from this customer depending if the customer is on autoship 1 month or every 3 months. What happens the majority of the time is the customer will drop off and send product back after the first month. This is due to ITV representatives taking the orders rope them into autoship when the customer only wants ONE MONTH to try. ITV also gives a free bottle of Sea Vegg so the customer will call in to get the free bottle, but has to sign up for autoship to get the free bottle. ITV then sells this customer to us and the customer drops and says "I only wanted the free bottle, not autoship". THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS to us for dropped customers. So If they get the first month money from the customer and that customer drops. You have to call and get customer back. Most of the customers I have called said they didn't want autoship to begin with, or they didn't like the product.

ITV also sells IBO opportunities to us to buy, but this is how it works...

ITV sends out cards with each order stating "if you are interested in being a representative of ITV send the card back". Well the customers send the cards back in and ITV then sells this info to us. I have actually bought my own customers back as IBO opportunities. The IBO leads that I bought told me they had numerous other callers from ITV when I called and they were very unhappy. The said they wanted nothing to do with ITV. This means they sold this lead not only to me but to many others also. They do give you your  back or replace the leads when this happens, but it takes weeks to get a response. So I paid $25 for the customer, and $15 for the same customer as an IBO lead. I feel they don't treat their IBO's fairly. Beware when buying customers and leads from ITV.

I tested the company to see if I could get into the black by buying customers. I bought 100 customers and 10 IBO leads. I signed up for 499, paid 29.95 per month. So I spent in the ballpark of $3400 total over the past year. I started off a year ago with 100 customers. I haven't bought any since August of 2007. I now have 9 customers left. I have only received $2400 back from customers. So I need to get another $1000 before I get into the black. At this pace it will take another year before I get to this point if no other customers drop off.

There are some good points. If you do NOT buy your leads or customers you could possibly make good  with this company. I have taken every product they have to offer and I can tell you some products are good and some are BAD. For example Rice and Shine works for some people I know personally. Myself, my mother, and a few of my customers had gotten really ill when we had taken it. I believe my body didn't react well to the plant sterols. The Colon Cleanse doesn't work either. I don't know anyone who it actually worked for without contipating them.

I don't dislike the company, because you could make  with them if you get your own customers or leads. But the company is unethical in how they sell customers and leads. I will only buy more customers with the extra  I get monthly from my customers. This is the only way I can build my personal volume without spending more out of pocket. Be careful if you choose ITV Ventures. Good luck.
