Hi, I've never been there, but it's a town in the State of Puebla.  There is a large Italian community....from Veneto, I believe.   They still speak in dialect even though they are 3rd and 4th generations.  They cook local Venetian specialties....I think a lot of people from surrounding towns come to buy their cheese.   If you look on you tube you can find something about them.  Try with "Italianos en Mexico" or something like that.  I saw a documentary where it said they still spoke the dialect from 100+ years ago.  They are not from Venice, but a small town...I think in the provence of Vicenza or Treviso.
