Anyone know anything about euro computers?

Question

my hubby and i got a computer as a wedding present and its a "euro". the thing is, she gave it to us used. well it needs reformatted despritly and we can't figure out how to do it. all the ways you do it for windows and hp and all that doesn't work with this one...

anybody else out there in the world of yahoo answers know anything at all about euro computers?
