Okay like whats a good FREE download photo editor i can get off the internet that i can change my skin tone or eye color or hair color? One that is really good.

You can go on C NET.Com and have a choice of some free software that you can download.They are not only simple but easy to use.

Just go on craigslist and find someone who wants to trade other software and you could get Photoshop. It is the real deal, and anything you get for free online cannot do as much.
