Anyone know anything about the surname Tazzar, its beleived to be italian ??

its beleived the surname was originally either Tazzari, Tazzara, or Tazzariol and was shortened to Tazzar when the family immigrated, trying to do a family tree but this names a nightmare ! any info on any of these

names would be appreciated :)

The Tazzars I find in the census are Scottish.

Does that add to the nightmare??
