Anyone know anything about this PGA Tournament?

My uncle is on the PGA Tour and just last night at dinner he asked us if we wanted to go with him to the tournament. Its the "Puerto Rico Open presented by Banco Popular" at Coco Beach Golf & Country Club in Puerto Rico. It is from March 17-23.

It will just be me, my parents and my 2 of my brothers. All (7) of us will be going to Hawaii in a few weeks for the Mercedes-Benz Championship and the Sony Open in Hawaii.

Anyway, does anyone know anything about the tournament in Puerto Rico? We go to a ton of PGA Tournaments but this one is new and my parents were just wondering.

It's a new tournament for 2008 and the course that it is played at is one of the best in Puerto Rico.  If you are looking for a place to stay, there is a Marriott in downtown that is very nice and right on the beach.  There is also a Hyatt out a ways on the ocean too and has a golf course of it's own if you want to play while you are there.

I just looked at the PGA site and you have the dates wrong. It's from March 20 to 23.

By looking at things, this will be the first year for this tournament because there is no defending champion.

I wish I would have devoted my younger years to larning how to become a better golfer. Maybe I could have shot a 36 by the nineth hole instead of the sixth.
