Anyone know anywhere nice and snowy to go to in February please?

Or should we go to Slovenia, Switzerland, France, Italy or Austria?

Perhaps head to Canada. A few years ago I went on a canoeing trip out of Toronto with a mob called "Call of the Wild" and they were spruiking about a snow lodge they ran in Alonquin Park. They pick you up at a Toronto train station and get you there by snowmobile or reindeer or somehow.

Whilst in Canada check out Montreal and the ice hotel in Quebec.

Halifax is also worth a look.Perhaps check out Cape Breton Island where bagpipes can be heard playing in the wee small hours
