  1. contact a travel agent

  2. Have a looky at travelsupermarket.com

they've got the best rates xx

  3. no but virgin blue usually have good deals i always fly from Perth to Brisbane to visit my son and family with them sign up for their email specials and book on line its cheaper you can print your ticket out too and just get boarding pass at airport

if there is no special on when you want to go make sure you go during the week not fridays or weekend and take the late night flight out, it is always cheaper and you usually fly straight through without a stop at some other city on the way

  4. Beinz you're in Perth... checkout bestflights.com.au -- they're based in Leederville, and compare all airlines.  Virgin Blue is currently the cheapest (@ $249 one way); but keep your eyes (and ears) out for sales.

As you said, January is peak; so you're probably not going to get a lot of choice as far as deals go.  But you may be lucky enough to get a good price with an advance purchase.

  5. go on webjet.com

it cost me 10000000000000000 last time

  6. If you plan ahead and book at the right time, you may get a return flight for around $600. Keep your eye on deals available with most airlines through flight centre. Book the low fair when you see it become available as the sale prices go fast and you may end up paying double that and more.

  7. go to webjet.com.au there u can compare all domestic airline prices at the one time.
