Anyone know how the Power Acoustik ov2-1250 is?

I was planing on getting that amp but not sure if i should. I wanted to hook it up with my 2 sony xlod's each 1000W max @ 300 rms. I wanted to know if this amp is worth the money, and how it sounds.

that is a pretty good amp for the price i have one myself on two 12,s at 400 rms and it dose good for me.
