Just send them an email requesting account closure and they will close it no questions asked immediately... you will be free to reopen at any time.

If it is due to addiction or simmilar and you wish to take a break from gambling search the site for a "self exclude" form fill this in and submit it - you can ban yourself for 6 months to 5 years (and sometimes for life)... if you cant find this email to request self exclusion if you wish this.
