Anyone know how to convert a video file?

so i made a video for youtube on windows movie maker but now youtube tells me that i need to go back and change the video file from .MSWMM to a .WMV file, but i have no clue how.. PLEASE HELP:]

MSWMM is project files, not real video file!

import it into windows movie maker, save in Pulish panel.

CTRL+S > save as mswmm

CTRL+P > save as wmv.

MSWMM is not a video file, that is, it can not played by player directly. you can save it as wmv  using windows movie maker. After that, download a video converter to convert it to FLV, because youtube file is FLV.

If u want to get high quality video for youtube,

U can save the video as AVI on Windows Movie Maker.

Then convert to high quality flv video with E.M. Youtube Video Download Tool.

At last, upload the flv video to youtube.
