In your browser click VIEW then in the submenu click SOURCE.  You will be now looking at a notepad version of the website.  You can now search the notepad version for a URL starting like this "http://XXXXXXXXXXXXX.swf"  Find the .swf file and paste the whole URL in your browsers address bar and hit enter, and it should download the video for you.

If you're using a Mac, just hit CMD-Option-A and then look for the biggest file it lists, that will be the video.  Double click it and it will download.  Of course, you'll need to convert it to something that your DVD burning software will recognize.  I use iSquint (it's free, google it and you'll find it) to convert the file to .mp4 or .mov.

use Real Player to copy the flash video,then go to www.youconvertit.com and send your fash video to them and they'll convert it for you so you can put it on your iPod or DVD
