Anyone know how to do a butterfly stroke in swimming?

I am going swimming again this week and I really want to learn how to do the butterfly stroke. I only know freestyle and backstroke plus breaststroke and elementary backstroke but I heard the butterfly is a very efficient stroke can anyone describe to me how I do the butterfly stroke?
