Anyone know how to get blue tack off a carpet?

Put an ice cube on it, wait 5 minutes or so, take the ice cube off and the blu-tack should be hard so you can easy remove it.

Try holding ice cubes or bag of frozen peas over it and gently peel off when it is hard.

cut it from underneath

get another bit of blu tack like you would if it was on a wall. it does work, it just might take a while. don't let it get too warm either

try wd40 or baby oil/baby wipes. oil should break down the rubber content in the blue tack, you might need to agitate it but it should shift.
