Anyone know how to get rid of body acne?

I swear that I break out everywhere BUT my face! its not bad acne just irritating- like red bumps on the top of my back and arms and stuff...I usually ignore them but now Id just like to get rid of them once and for all

Any suggestions...?

This might not be acne, it could be what they call "chicken skin". Just small bumps usually on the arms. But if, however it is acne, I used a simple antibacterial body wash and it cured me! Good luck!

You should really go to a dermatologist for this. I went! Mine's getting better, but it's mostly on my back.

Always clean the affected areas with either a salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide pad. Then, every night, apply a body moisturiser containing alpha hydroxy acid which helps prevent dryness. They give great advise and recommend medicine and creams for that kind of stuff.

They will know a quick and easy way for you to get rid of them.

1) Cook oatmeal and apply on face for fifteen minutes and wash.

2) Make a warm bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary.

3) Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball and wash it after haif an hour for 15 to 20 days.

The combination of Tea Tree Oil soap and the Clindamycin cream is the best for Acne and pimple.

For acne scars and blemishes my wife use papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream which are available online. These work wonders. Maybe it will work on you too. Try searching it through Google 'shopaholic's bargains'
