Anyone know how to get the smell of smoke out of a chair?

HI, I purchased a bumbo chair used --and it has an awful smell of cigerette smoke--it is made out of plastic so I washed it as best as I could--but it still smells terrible...Does anyone know any special methods for getting the smell of smoke out of stuff? PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!! THANKS!!

They actually have sprays out their that are specially made to take the scent out of ciggaretes.

There only like 3 dollars.

Either spray the chair down with that, OR rub it down with vanilla, like the first answerer said, leave the vanilla on for 30 mins, than wash it with scented soap, and simply spray it down with the spray! But the second or third answerer said it might be in the stuffing, which is probably true..So you might want to find like a zipper of some sort, so you can open it, and either replace the stuffing, or spray it down.

**NOTE** You do not need to use this special anti-smoke spray, if you can't find it .. you could simply use a lysol spray..
