Anyone know how to help a cat deliver dead kittens she went into labor three days ago and can't deliver them ?

Three days is too long for her to be in labor. Usually labor can last up to 24 hours. You don't want her to die so take her to the emergency vet!

There are no home remedies, this is a serious medical situation. She may need surgery if she's too weak or if the kittens are too large for her to be able to give birth to. If you can't afford this then take her to the shelter immediately if there's one open and relinquish her. If they have the resources they may be able to do the surgery, at least she'll have a chance to survive. If you do nothing she'll most likely die from toxicity. Her life depends on your actions, do the right thing for her.

Take her to a vet. She can deliver dead kittens. My cat (RIP Thomasina) delivered 1 kitten breach (back paws came out first). The kitten was not alive when it came into the world. But please get her to a vet because your cat and her kittens are in danger.

Take her to the vet immediately.  My cat had four kittens and we thought all was well but the mother cat was very very ill.  2 days later we took her to the vet who found a dead kitten stuck in side her and the vet said if we had left it any longer theres no doubt our cat would have died.

Why are you asking us....this is common sense...TAKE HER TO THE VET, you should have already been there, like 3 days ago.  Do humans keep a passed away fetus in them for 3 days, with out getting sick or DYING!!!! While your there if she isn't so sick that you have to put her to sleep GET HER FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!

What would you do if you went into labor 3 days ago and couldn't deliver your baby? Would you suffer and die, or go to a doctor for help? You have waited too long. Take your poor cat to the nearest emergency vet immediately. She could die from infection.

DONT DELIVER THE KITTENS BY YOURSELF!

THIS IS EXTREMLY VITAL FOR BOTH THE MOTHER AND THE DEAD KITTENS TO BE AT A VET ASAP RIGHT NOW!

HAVING DEAD KITTENS AND BEING IN LABOR FOR SO LONG IS BOTH EXTREMLY DANGEROUS FOR THE MOTHER AND FOR THE BODIES OF THE DEAD KITTENS TO BE LOGDED INTO THE MOTHERS BIRTH CANAL. NEVER TRY TO HELP CATS GIVE BIRTH TO THEIR KITTENS YOU MAY GET HURT PLUS YOU MAY INJURE YOUR CAT BY TRYING TO HELP. YOU MAY ONLY ASSIST HER IF SHE IS HAVING A LITTLE TROUBLE BUT NEVER TRY TO PULL THE KITTEN OUT EVEN IF ITS DEAD. MY ADVICE: TAKE IT TO THE VETS. ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you should call up a vet and ask what to do next. He may need you to bring the cat in to the clinic to help her deliver her kits. If labour (in any animal/human) goes on too long without help the creature will finally die from exhaustion if not from other complications such as infection, etc.

Dead fetuses inside are toxic to the cat, this is something a veterinarian needs to immediately see.  Don't wait, three days is too long as it is.
