Anyone know how to make a homemade version of the white garlic paste they serve at Zankou chicken?

I know it is not very difficult to make but I was wondering what the exact ingredients are. It is really good and I would like to try making it at home.

  1. i know 2 ways to make it

    ready made maionaiz + 3 blended garlic claws  and mix them together with Little  salt  this is the first way.

    second one is to whip 2 egg withes till it become fluffy and then u fold the blended garlic into it and season it

    injoy it


  2. Never had it there, but if it's a Greek restaurant, you may like this garlic paste sauce that is served w/ chicken shwarma.

    Garlic Paste

    • 10 cloves of garlic, peeled

    • 1/2 tsp. salt, to taste

    • 1 Tbsp. tangy yogurt or yogurt cheese

    • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

    • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice, to taste

    Combine the garlic and salt in mini food processor until garlic is minced. Add the yogurt and olive oil and incorporate well. Mix with the lemon juice. Taste and add more salt and lemon juice as desired.
