Anyone know how to make a message button on myspace?

Can someone make me a button that links to MESSAGE ME. It has to say: OMG Advice click here to message me for advice.

I want the button to be light blue pink orange and maybe some other light colors.

The button is for a new site where people can ask me for advice so add me I have like no friends on it yet!!!
