Anyone know how to make weeding lasso?

I was wondering if anyone out there could help me in designing a lasso for a wedding I look at the pics and see 2 rosaries together with bottom part connecting 2 just wondering if anyone had suggestions....

they are way bigger then two rosaries. They need to go over the their heads and the brides vail. I would just buy a simple and add to it.
