Anyone know how to...?

My friends always tell me I have such pretty greenish blue eyes and I should try taking a pic where my eyes really glow like that. I've tried turning the flash on my camera but it didn't do much. Do I have to be outside or something where the sunlight is and turn on the flash at the same time? Or is there a free image editor website that can do this cool effect for me?

I doubt that photo was not digitally retouched but . . .

Try the following using a semi pro camera:

1. Use a tripod or someone who can hold the camera very still.

2. Take the picture outside in a sunny day but after 4pm or when its NOT that much sun either.

3. The sun must NOT be against (facing) the camera but preferably behind the camera.

4. The the camera with a high ISO value (try different values.)

5. Use macromode so the camera can be placed up close to you.

6. Be still.

7. Glow like an angel!
