Anyone know how to remove scuffs from rubber shoe soles?

well that would depend a great deal on what's scuffed -- vinyl flooring, hardwood flooring, painted trim, leather furniture, upholstered furniture, clothing, carpet, or car door panels.

When I went through U.S. Air Force basic training we learned a trick to quickly remove scuffs from the floor when we had to prepare for an inspection...

Neutral shoe polish!  Try it, it works!  Just a little on a rag, rub, and *poof* it's gone!

spray some Fantastik on the scuff marks and wipe them off  with a paper towel.
