Well if you really want to begin studying and researching magick you should look for "Initiation into Hermetics" by Franz Bardon (December 1, 1909 – July 10, 1958).

He is best known for his three volumes on Hermetic magic. These volumes are Initiation Into Hermetics, The Practice of Magical Evocation and The Key to the True Quabbalah.

Bardon's works are most notable for their simplicity, their relatively small theoretical sections, and heavy emphasis on practice with many exercises. Many consider him to have written the best training programs of any magician of the 20th century. They were written with the intention of allowing students who wished to practice magic the means to do so if they could not study under a teacher (which Bardon recommended if possible).

This should suffice you for quite a long time, until you will be able to access higher magick. After you've studied for some good years you can say you are now fully prepared for magick.

But you always must remember that dealing with magick is quite a dangerous thing if you don't know what you're doing and act accordingly to the universal laws. It takes alot of patience and hard working time to accomplish something in the esoterical field of magick.

One thing you must know: magick is not good nor evil, it's just a tool which allows you to control the spiritual/astral/universal energy residing in everything. It's your choice to use it however you want, you will bear the consequences of your actions and experiments.

Study hard, have faith in your powers and do not permit anyone to look into your sanctuary.

The magician will always keep silence with respect to his way, rise and success. This silence grants the highest powers and the more this commandment is obeyed, the more easily accessible these powers will become.

well its quite complex. I can perform real magic but very few people can. I probably am able to perform magic because I was trained by Harry Potter, One of the best. Just never ever ever say avada cadavra! Ive made that mistake once... Any ways you sound like a total newb! have you even spoken with dumbledore?! Ouji aren't inherrently evil; they are hard to control so 'nasty' things can use them against you.

"Real" Magic is inherent in everyone; it's also called 'politive thinking', 'visualizing' & 'praying'.  Those who practice Witchcraft use herbs, candles, scents, colours, etc. to focus their intent.  Just like a Catholic Mass or singing in Spirit in a Baptist church.

what kind of magick are you interested in your saying "light magick" but that term is broad, do you mean prayer magick? elemental? green? you have to understand magick is really a box of tools, all of them can do the same things, some are better at things than the others, but that does not make them evil or good its just simply a tool to be used however "dark magick" is usually confined as sacrificing something, curses, ect...by some ppl, but you could put a curse on a killer and it would be considered light magick do you understand? because you are protecting more than one single person by it

The definition of real magick is = spiriutal energy. people that do real magick use spiritual energy. If you want to use this type of energy your going to have to open yourself to it, and practice spiritual practices, such as meditation, astral projection, and simular things. Join a cult and you will learn.
