Anyone know if its possible to buy a Clear Non Adhesive plastic tax or permit disc holder?

Im looking for a really basic tax disc or permit holder a plastic one which doesnt have any sticky adhesive or anything the kind that u l**k or just needs a bit a water to sit against the window.

so that it doesnt leave any marks in the window when i remove it.

tried ebay and had a word with my local halfords but they only had metal things .

the local post office should sell them...after all, that's where you buy your tax disc from in the first place! they should cost less than a pound to buy.
