  1. Yes it is; they are sometimes restricted by a disc in the inlet side of the carb that restricts airflow. Disconnect the air cleaner & look into the carb. If you can't see the full diameter, there's a restrictor fitted.


  2. The SR-125 is not restricted.  The engine is simply built to develop 12bhp and no more.

    Apart from boring it out, there is nothing you can do to increase the power output.
