Here's the info you need:

TV Live games - Setanta Sports (available via satellite, PPV, and Direct TV)

TV Delayed Games - Versus, but they will probably only show USA matches

Online Live games - Setanta.com

Online Delayed games - RugbyWorldCupVideo.com from MediaZone

There is some live coverage also in US on cable pay-per-view. Looks like 23 matches will be available this way.
