trying to get from somewhere close to newburgh NY to chadwick NJ without having to spend 900 dollars on gas for my stupid car.

Option 1:

Step 1: On early morning from Shortline Bus Terminal, 4:20am departure will stop at Broadway/30th St.

Step 2: From there walk to 32nd St/7th Av, entrance to NYC Penn Station. NJ Transit concourse will be on your left.

Step 3: Then take New Jersey Transit's North Jersey Coast line and take taxi to your area.

Step 4:

Option 2: Other time, Shortline brings you to Port Authority or 40th St/8th Av, where you need to catch downtown A/C/E/1/2/3 to 34th St-Penn Station.
