Anyone know north allerton near york?

I am looking for an inexpensive guesthouse/b&b somewhere central and information on getting there from york i will be using public transport, i have no idea where it is and i have to attend court there as i witnessed an accident on the A64, thanks

  1. I was born there! but don't live there any more. You could try staying in Thirsk, thats near by and I think they've got a train station.

    and its Northallerton (all one word, if your looking it up)


  2. I think my cousin is a policeman in North Allerton. I've never been there, though.

  4. Both York and Northallerton are on the East Coast railway line, so it would be a relatively simple journey to make.

    For accomodation, try the English Tourist Board, they have a website, just Google it.

    For useful maps, try multimap.com, just type in the location/postcode, and print off a few maps.
