Anyone know of a Digital phone (landline) that can barr certain numbers?

I need to get a new phone (landline) that can be set up to barr certain numbers from being dialled, anyone know of any models out there that offer this? I know BT offer the service but I'm stuck with Tiscali at the moment and can't move yet!

I can't see why Tiscali do not offer the service, it all works over the same network...have you asked?

You may struggle to get a phone with a locking facilty I am afriad, the only option maybe a coin operated phone however these can be costly.
