What color is the rest of the body..all you say is the wing color, and knowing how long the wings are really does not help much for identification purposes.  Also, is this a wild bird or pet bird?  If wild, it would help to know what part of the world you live in.  How large is the bird, bill shape, body shape, etc. Need more info to help ID.
